This course is for you if you've completed:

Intermediate Arabic 1 at Pacific Arabic, or
one year of college-level Arabic at another school*

You'll Learn

practical skills: increased emphasis on oral and written communication / using the Hans Wehr dictionary (finding plurals)
word structures: more on sound and broken plurals, collective nouns
phrase / sentence structures: substantives vs. nouns and adjectives, more on pluralization of adjectives, non-human plurals
vocabulary / conversation topics: describing your home
reading / listening: The Arab World...a Look at Saudi Arabia

*Other textbooks (including Al-Kitaab) do not present material in the same order as the text we use. If you're new to Pacific Arabic, we encourage you to review the topics covered in previous courses before your first lesson.
