This course is for you if you've completed:

Intermediate Arabic 4 at Pacific Arabic, or
Unit 2 of Al Kitaab, volume 2 at another school*

You'll Learn

practical skills: increased emphasis on oral and written communication / using the Hans Wehr dictionary
verbs: describing the past, review of the perfect tense, irregular verbs—geminate, hamzated and weak
vocabulary / conversation topics: around town, asking directions, means of transportation, travel in the Arab world
reading / listening: Sohair's blog, a letter of complaint, The Arab World...a Look at Tunisia

*Other textbooks (including Al-Kitaab) do not present material in the same order as the text we use. If you're new to Pacific Arabic, we encourage you to review the topics covered in previous courses before your first lesson.
